Are you interested in learning the techniques of Contemporary dance?

Want to build up your technical dance training, confidence and learn dance that encourages individuality? Discover your hidden talents as choreographer and embrace your expressive and creative ideas in a safe and friendly atmosphere.

What will the class actually involve?

Teachers divide class into two sections. They start by leading a warm-up and technique class which involves a series of exercises and movement phrases designed to improve strength, coordination, alignment, flexibility and musicality.

The latter section of the class embraces your creativity: you’ll work in small groups and individually, learning how to create choreography through creative tasks and games and begin to refine your own style.

Do I need any particular skills or experience to take part?
