What will the class actually involve?

Teachers divide class into two sections. They start by leading a warm up and technique class which involves a series of exercises and movement phrases designed to improve strength, coordination, alignment, flexibility and musicality.

The latter section of the class embraces your creativity, you’ll work in small groups and individually, learning how to create choreography through creative tasks and games and begin to refine your own style.
