Jeffrey Rogador (Costume Designer for Detour)

Jeffrey Rogador trained in Fine Arts at the University of Santo Tomas and Fashion Design at the Fashion Institute, both in Manila, Philippines. In 2004, he was a finalist in the MEGA Young Designers Competition, which led to him showing over 20 collections at Philippine Fashion Week. In 2012 he epresented the Phillippines in Jeansation 2 Awards in Monte Carlo, Monaco where he emerged as the Best Jeans Award winner. Following his international success, he was chosen as an ambassador for Levi’s. In 2013, Rogador was asked back to MEGA Young Designers Competition All-Stars as  mentor. One of his apprentices emerged as the season winner. Detour is Rogador’s third collaboration with Richard Alston Dance Company following the success of his collaboration with Martin Lawrance on Cut and Run and Tangent, and also on Rebel, Amid Shadows and Aria for Ballet Manila.
