Anneli Binder started dancing in Germany, where she was born. She trained at the Rambert School of Ballet and Contemporary. Anneli worked with Mark Baldwin, then a guest choreographer at the school, for his choreography TIME. After she graduated, Anneli danced for Tanztheater Freiburg- Heidelberg, in artistic director Irina Pauls' CARMINA BURANA. In 2006, she worked for the Yorke Dance Project and in 2008 for the Van Huynh Company. Anneli was part of Dancelines 2009 under the direction of Wayne McGregor. She joined the Richard Alston Dance Company in 2005. Anneli has frequently taught at the London Contemporary Dance School. In 2010 Anneli completed her Master's degree with Distinction.
